This Privacy Policy applies to the Jaipur Metro mobile application (the “App”) published by Classinit (“Classinit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of the App.
2. Information we collect
The current version of the App does not require account registration and does not ask you to provide your name, phone number, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information.
The App stores up to five recently selected journeys on your device so that you can quickly open them again. This information consists only of the origin and destination stations you selected. It remains locally on your device and is not transmitted to Classinit.
3. How information is used
Locally stored journey selections are used only to provide the Recent Journeys feature and improve convenience inside the App.
4. Sharing and selling of data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with advertisers or other third parties. The current version of the App does not include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
5. Data storage and deletion
Recent journey information is stored locally in the App’s storage on your device. You can remove this information by clearing the App’s data or uninstalling the App. Because this information is not sent to us, we cannot access or remotely delete it.
6. Security
We design the App to minimize data collection. However, no device or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and operating system.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is a general travel utility and is not directed specifically at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Metro information and independence
Jaipur Metro is an independent travel-information application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official publication of Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Limited (JMRC) or any government authority. Routes, fares, station details, and other travel information may change. Please verify important journey information through official sources before travelling.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
